30-Day Return Policy

At Zeppelin Guys, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Processing:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Exchanges may be issued in place of a refund upon request.
